Brook is a national digital service that helps young people with sexual health and wellbeing. The "Digital Front Door (DFD)" aims to give them easy access to Brook's online and in-person services, combining personal and clinical information.
Brook focuses on its stakeholders' needs. During the discovery phase, users said they value accurate information for self-management and are motivated by community, respect, choice, privacy, and discretion.
